What's OBA offers You

Below you’ll find some practical information about our courses. You can also visit our FAQ page if you want to find out more.
The entire course consists of 10 training sessions.
Depending on the participants' interest, commitment, and level, they can attend one or several sessions per week.

Training sessions:
– Trainings in groups - maximum of 8-10 people per group,
with the younger the group, the smaller the number of participants.
For example, a group of 12-13-year-olds may have a maximum of 4 participans.
- Individual training sessions – tailored to the needs of each player.
- Summer camps – for adults and juniors.

Where do the training sessions take place?
- Most of the training sessions take place in sports halls in Spijkenisse.
- In the summer, sessions for up to 4 people can also take place on outdoor courts in Rotterdam and the surrounding areas
(no, a little breeze doesn’t bother real tough players, in fact, it even helps!).

When do the training sessions take place?
- Tuesdays and Fridays in the evening.
- Saturdays and Sundays in the morning (depending on the availability of halls, which may be unavailable due to competitions).
- In the summer season, when the weather permits, we train more often using outdoor courts.

Meeting - to listen and look

During the first meeting we will play some ball and talk to know each other a bit better. I would like to hear "where you want to go", and find out "where we are right now". After first catch-up we're ready for step 3.

Making the Plan

Because a "goal without a plan is just a wish", after we find out about both "where" it is time to make a plan about "how". When the plan is ready there's nothing more to say.
